I ordered the farmhouse and fries. The burger was juicy and the ingredients were fresh. I would definitely come back, I want to try the honey hot chicken sandwich. Also Warren displayed great customer service. He made everything dining in feel like a valued customer.

The service can be a bit slower especially if more customers are here. The fries are great, but their classic burger really needs 2 burger patties, 1 patty and you taste mostly the breakfast because their burger patties are so thin. And then they charge $3 for an extra patty.

The service is not that quick to get your meal, however, everything is being made fresh, so I completely understand it is taking longer. This is not a bad thing. I had the Impossible Burger, and it was very good and tasty. Could tell it was cooked and hot off the grill. It is pretty thin and would like either a double patty or it to be a little bigger but very tasty again. I would recommend this place. It is easily located in a strip mall with free parking. Will definitely be back.

Order off of Uber eats. It took 10 minutes to deliver. Burger was warm but fries were cold. That makes me think the fries were not fresh. I finished half my burger only to realize there was mold on the bread. Not okay!

The place looks good. I only ordered Epic Fries (to go); however, it took a long time to get my fries. My order came at the same time the guy who ordered behind me. She delivered his food first, and then she came to me. I wished they were friendlier; it was my first time.

I ordered a beyond burger and was explicit that it was vegetarian and I would like no bacon. They brought it out with bacon on it I emphasized that it was supposed to be vegetarian and they brought it back out instantly after simply removing the meat on my food. You can still see the indentations in the cheese. This is completely unacceptable behavior for a restaurant.

It isn't what it used to be 1) The FOOD is fine. The bbq chicken sandwich is a big step below nicer places and rather plain. The burgers are ok. The 🍟 are below average. 2) They clearly don't pay employees enough. It's constantly understaffed and slow and there is a big sign saying "Now hiring." The shakes are now the only good thing on the menu.

I have been going to Epic Burger at least once a week for the last 5 months, no more after today. It used to be decent when I had time to order in store and placing my order directly with a person. My husband changed jobs and now exclusively order for pick up from the Epic Burger website and eat in the restaurant. Every single time I order this way I just click the reorder button, so you would assume that I would get the same burger every single time. However, every single time I order for pick-up my sandwich comes different. Sometimes it will come without sauce, sometimes without vegetables, they have even just given me a dry burger before. Today I clicked the same reorder button, and for some reason received a burger with no epic sauce, no vegetables, and drowned in ketchup and mustard. I have no idea what is going on in this kitchen but they are not cooking what the customer requested. I will not be returning.
